Gabaje Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

Gabaje (referred to hereinafter as "we" or "the gabaje platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the gabaje website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By using any of gabaje's services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use gabaje's services.

Gabaje reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with gabaje, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years is required.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may only one account open.
• You must register with accurate and truthful information — providing false details is a violation of our terms.
• Identity must be verified with a National ID (NID) or passport.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact gabaje support immediately.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on gabaje:

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is considered final once it has been confirmed by the gabaje system.
• Incomplete bets may be cancelled due to internet disconnection or system errors.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

If a match does not start, or is abandoned before 90% of the scheduled time has been completed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. If a match is rescheduled, gabaje will set new odds accordingly.

Maximum Win Limit

Gabaje sets a maximum payout limit for each betting event. The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳10,00,000 (ten lakh) BDT. Limits may vary for accumulator bets.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals are processed in 15 minutes or less.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

Currency & Transaction Fees

Gabaje processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gabaje does not charge any transaction fees of its own; however, your mobile banking operator may apply their standard charges.

All bonuses and promotional offers on gabaje are provided subject to specific terms and conditions. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• A welcome bonus is available on your first deposit.
• The bonus amount depends on the size of your first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum of 5x Wagering must be completed.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

Reload & Special Bonuses

• Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament bonuses are each available under their own separate terms.
• Gabaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

• Self-Exclusion: Option to pause your account from 1 week up to permanently.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your betting activity for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Betting History: Track your spending and view detailed reports at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gabaje:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake or another person's identity.
• Strategically manipulating bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Depositing via money laundering or illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Gabaje is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays due to disruptions in third-party services (mobile banking).
• Losses resulting from the user's own misinformation or negligence.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.

Gabaje's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the original stake amount of the transaction in question.

Gabaje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the latest update is always displayed at the top of this page.
